Terms and Conditions
This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website and the hiring of the services of Julio Celis (hereinafter, "the Provider"). By browsing the site or requesting a service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Services
The Provider offers digital marketing services (Google Ads and Meta Ads), Shopify store development, website and application development, and automation. The description on the site is informational; the exact scope of each project is defined in a written proposal or contract approved by both parties before work begins.
2. Quotes, payments and deadlines
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in each proposal.
- Payment terms (deposits, monthly fees, method and dates) are set out in the proposal or contract.
- Delivery times depend on the client providing access, content and approvals on time.
- Changes outside the agreed scope may generate additional costs and time, which will be communicated before being carried out.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
- Hold the rights to the texts, images, logos, trademarks and products they supply for use.
- Grant the necessary access (ad accounts, store, hosting, domains, analytics) and keep it current.
- Comply with the policies of the platforms used (Google, Meta, Shopify, among others) and with the legislation applicable to their business and to the advertising of their products.
4. Digital advertising: no guarantee of results
The Provider applies their experience and the best practices available, but does not guarantee specific results in sales, return on ad spend (ROAS), rankings, reach or conversions, as these depend on factors beyond their control: the market, competition, the product, the budget, algorithm changes and platform decisions.
Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and is independent of the Provider's fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Platforms may reject ads or suspend accounts under their own policies.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code, texts, animations and other elements of this site are the property of the Provider or are used with authorization, and may not be copied or reused without permission. For each project's deliverables, ownership and licenses are defined in the proposal or contract; unless otherwise agreed, the client receives the right to use the deliverable once full payment has been made. The Provider retains their tools, libraries and prior general knowledge.
6. Portfolio and third-party trademarks
The portfolio section may show names, logos and trademarks of clients, which belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to illustrate work carried out. Their appearance implies no sponsorship or endorsement beyond the business relationship. If you own a trademark and want it removed, write to us and it will be done promptly.
7. Confidentiality
The Provider will treat as confidential any non-public information the client shares for carrying out the project and will not disclose it to third parties, except to providers necessary to deliver the service or upon request by an authority.
8. Third-party links and services
This site may contain links to third-party sites and services (for example, WhatsApp, social networks or client sites). The Provider does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss or interruptions arising from use of the site, failures of external platforms or providers, or force majeure. Total liability for any project will be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim.
10. Cancellation and termination
Either party may end the relationship as provided in the proposal or contract. Work performed up to the termination date and deposits applied to work already started are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
The Provider may modify these terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on this page, with its update date.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
