This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable provisions, you are informed of the following regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Data controller

Julio Celis, based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Contact: direccion@marketing-digital-agency.com · WhatsApp +52 998 122 7502.

2. Personal data collected

Through this site's contact form, only the data you provide yourself is collected:

If you write to us on WhatsApp, your phone number and the information you share in the conversation also become known to us. Sensitive personal data is not requested (health, ethnic origin, beliefs, financial situation, among others); please do not include it in your messages.

3. How the form works

This form does not store your data on a server of its own. When you submit it, a WhatsApp conversation opens with the message already written, and it is your decision whether to send it. From that point on, the handling of the message on WhatsApp is also governed by the terms and privacy notice of WhatsApp / Meta.

4. Purposes of processing

Necessary purposes (without which we cannot assist you):

Additional purposes (you may object without affecting the above):

If you do not want your data processed for the additional purposes, write to us at the contact given in section 1.

5. Transfers and providers

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Providers necessary for operation may be involved, such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4) for statistical visit measurement. In addition, for the site to work, code libraries are loaded from a third-party service (jsDelivr, a content delivery network), which means your IP address and technical browser data become known to that service. Typefaces are hosted on this same site. Data will only be transferred without your consent in the cases provided by law, such as a request from a competent authority.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, Google services, to obtain aggregate statistics about visits: pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, approximate country or city, and the source you arrived from. To do so, Google may install cookies in your browser and learn your IP address. This information is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it; it is not used to identify you personally or for advertising.

You can reject or delete cookies from your browser settings, or prevent Google Analytics measurement with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If other tools, such as the Meta pixel or advertising tags, are added in the future, this notice will be updated and your consent will be requested where applicable.

7. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed, and Object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent or limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise them, send your request to direccion@marketing-digital-agency.com stating: your name, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data involved and a way to contact you. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

8. Retention and security

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and applicable legal obligations. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect it against loss and unauthorized use or access.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice may be modified to comply with legal changes or changes in our practices. The current version will always be available on this page with its update date.

10. Authority

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may go to the competent personal data protection authority.
